Adiyae, a sci-fi romance film, follows Jeeva (GV Prakash Kumar), a struggling musician who has been in love with Senthazhini (Gouri Kishan) since school days. After a freak accident, Jeeva wakes up in an alternate reality where he is a successful musician and Senthazhini is his wife.
